Art Of Writing
Sometimes it's okay to be not okay. And it's okay to not love yourself, cause we are human beings not robots to hold our emotions. Sometimes we also feel like nothing is right and no one is there to love you. Atleast every individual passes through this situation. But remember it's okay. But the problem is when this feeling doesn't pass and just stays,cause this may even lead us to depression. So next time when you feel extremely sad or depressed with or without any reason,don't worry. Just try to except the situation and move on. There are many ways to make your mind peaceful and tension free. One of them is writing. Writing means not serious writing. Just sit down with a pen and paper and just empty your problems and worries into that paper. Keep writing till you feel stable. Trust me it's the most effective method. And if we practice the art of writing for fun it will slowly become your habit. And you will also feel like someone is there to hear you out. If this method becomes effective for you slowly take it to the next level and practice journaling. Fill your journal with your thoughts, problems, ideas and creations. Also don't forget to make your journal colorful ,thus your mind will also be filled with coloured thoughts. Always try to have a vibrant life ,you may fail but you can always try right!?
