Sometimes it's okay to be not okay. And it's okay to not love yourself, cause we are human beings not robots to hold our emotions. Sometimes we also feel like nothing is right and no one is there to love you. Atleast every individual passes through this situation. But remember it's okay. But the problem is when this feeling doesn't pass and just stays,cause this may even lead us to depression. So next time when you feel extremely sad or depressed with or without any reason,don't worry. Just try to except the situation and move on. There are many ways to make your mind peaceful and tension free. One of them is writing. Writing means not serious writing. Just sit down with a pen and paper and just empty your problems and worries into that paper. Keep writing till you feel stable. Trust me it's the most effective method.
