GRATITUDE🌟

Gratitude is an art which should be practiced daily. Initially it will be hard for us to follow but gradually we will get benefits by practicing them. Offering gratitude means thanking for all the good and bad events that happen in our life. Believe that everything happens for a reason. So instead of sitting depressed just think of overcoming from that situation.  You should never rush things in your life,just take it slow. Start by thanking the person who made you the most depressed in life. It may sounds weird,but believe it is effective. Cause we should not hate anyone in our life. Always be honest and keep your mind as an open door, let people come and go don't bother. Never beg anyone to stay. If they are meant for you they won't leave. And if you find someone  who loves you unconditionally keep them close to your heart, cause such people are hard to find.  Likewise start counting all the positive and happy stuff that happens in your life each day, and sincerely thank for those moments. Slowly our life will become more contented and negative free. Gratitude is really a very powerful medicine. So take it as a part of your life and witness your growth.
